Sustainability for us is a general and operational principle that guides every corporate decision. Every phase of the life cycle of our services is designed to generate value whilst reducing environmental and social impact, with particular consideration for sustainable and ethical growth. We have adopted management systems and ESG and QHSE policies to guarantee technical efficiency, people safety, environmental protection, respect for human rights and transparent governance even in the most complex and international contexts. Our commitment to sustainability is supported by the continuous work of our “Research and Development” department, which has developed advanced technologies to reduce ultrafine particulate emissions, optimise water and energy consumption and improve the efficiency of our systems.

Environmental Management

Efficiency and reduction of ecological footprint

ISO 14001 certification demonstrates our commitment to a rigorous and verifiable Environmental Management System. On a daily basis: we reduce emissions, optimise industrial waste management, design maintenance processes that extend the useful life of components and limit energy consumption. Every intervention contributes to decreasing the environmental impact of plants and guaranteeing measurable sustainability over time.

Health and Safety

Training, prevention and safety culture

Safety is an integral part of our way of operating. With our ISO 45001 certified Management System we apply risk assessment and control procedures in all operational contexts, including maritime and high-complexity industrial environments. Our technicians receive continuous and specialised training (BOSIET — OPITO — GWO working at height, confined spaces, etc…) to intervene in complete safety in every scenario.

We have also established a collaboration with the bilateral body FIRAS to promote shared prevention, information and training initiatives, with the objective of concretely reducing workplace accidents.

Our technicians are trained pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 directly in-house with our certified trainers, in collaboration with FIRAS.
